From West Knoxville: I-40 East, Take the Papermill Rd exit, Turn Right on Papermill Rd, Take 1st right at light on Weisgarber Road, At 5th light turn right on Middlebrook Pike (at the Main Post-Office), go 1.1 miles on Middlebrook to redlight at Knott Rd, turn Right into Southern Kitchen parking lot.

From South Knoxville: I-40 West to the Papermill Rd Exit, turn right on Papermill, to 2nd Light at Weisgarber Rd, at 5th light merge right onto Middlebrook Pike (at the Main Post Office), go 1.1 miles and turn right at the redlight at Knott Road into Southern Kitchens parking lot.

From North and East Knoxville: I-640 West, to Western Ave exit, turn right on Western Ave and take an almost immediate Left onto Ed Shouse Blvd., the Blvd. will dead end into Middlebrook Pike, merge right( West) on Middlebrook, Go to 2nd redlight and turn Left onto Knott Rd, and go straight across the East bound lanes of Middlebrook at the light and you will be in Southern Kitchens parking lot.
